Submitting and paying for the orderTo submit the order, open the shopping cart, enter your contact details (first- and last name, email and mobile phone number and the address to which the order will be delivered). Choose the transport option, agree with the terms of service and confirm your order. After the details have been entered and the order is confirmed, the purchase is considered done.The purchaser is obliged to provide truthful details necessary for fulfilling the order when submitting. Decorcreation OÜ is not reliable for orders declined/undelievered or whichever consequences resulting from incorrectly submitted details.Purchase contract is signed when we proceed with the order and the invoice has been paid. Therefore we have a valid obligation to fulfill your order only whern we are convinced we have your requested goods in our warehouse and the Buyer has completed a payment on the Seller's bank account by deadline set on the invoice. Wheter no goods are availale, we will inform you on the first possible moment. Whether the Buyer has already paid for the order, the Seller will reimburse the sum no later than in 2 days.The order will be fulfilled after the invoice has been paid. Packages are shipped no later than 5 working days. NB! The order will be packed after the invoice has been paid!Decorcration OÜ has the right to cancel orders that have not been paid for within 2 days.
Consumer complaints and returning items not meeting requirementsThe procedure for returning goods.
After receiving the goods, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days.
The product must be unused, complete, packaging must be intact.
To return or exchange goods, you must submit an application for the return / exchange of goods in a free form to the e-mail address decorcreation.ee@gmail.com no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the returned goods were defective.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the application.
The buyer can return the goods to the store, upon prior agreement and without return costs, at the address: Gerassimovi 11, Narva
For returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you provided in your withdrawal statement within 3 business days.
Money is returned provided that the returned goods have already reached the seller.
Decorcreation OÜ is liable for the items sold in the e-shop being according to requirements and not having any defects. In case of problems, please contact our customer service for futher instructions.
